Ingredients

  • 4 slices of baguette bread
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tomato, diced
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper on one side of the bread.

  4. Toast the bread in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  6. Set up a serving station with the toasted bread, diced tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped basil leaves, and balsamic glaze.

  7. Allow each person to build their own bruschettas by topping the toasted bread with their preferred combination of toppings.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
