How To Make Lemony Prawn Bruschettas

- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Remove the prawns from the skillet and squeeze the lemon juice over them. Sprinkle with lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Place the prawns on the toasted baguette slices and garnish with fresh parsley.
