  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust
  • 2 cups of green tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Place the pie crust in a 9 inch pie dish and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together the green tomatoes, onion, and green bell pepper.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the bowl of vegetables and mix until everything is well combined.

  6. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth out the top.

  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.

  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
