- 1 small red cabbage, thinly sliced

- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the coriander seeds and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the sliced red cabbage to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Stir fry the cabbage for 10-12 minutes, until it has softened.
