Ingredients

  • 1 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the coriander seeds and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Add the sliced red cabbage to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Stir fry the cabbage for 10-12 minutes, until it has softened.

  5. Add the apple cider vinegar and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
