Ingredients
- 2 cups squash, peeled and diced
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and green chilies. Saute until the onions turn translucent.

Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add diced squash and shredded cabbage. Mix well.

Cover the pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.

Stir occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
