How To Make Baked Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash them with a potato masher until smooth.

Add the milk, butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
