  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Timut pepper, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, crushed Timut pepper, cardamom powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll it into a log shape, about 1 inch in diameter.
