How To Make Vanilla Bean and Cardamom Cupcakes Recipe
Soft, fluffy and aromatic cupcakes infused with real vanilla and cardamom.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and vanilla bean seeds.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in the milk and cardamom.

Scoop the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
