- 4 pears, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine pears, flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until pears are well coated.
