How To Make BBQ Brisket

Ingredients
- 3 pounds of beef brisket
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
Instructions

Preheat your BBQ grill or smoker to 225°F.

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.

Rub the dry rub mixture evenly all over the beef brisket.

Place the seasoned brisket on the grill or smoker and cook for 4 hours, maintaining a constant temperature.

After 4 hours, transfer the brisket to a large sheet of aluminum foil and pour BBQ sauce over it.

Wrap the brisket tightly in the foil and return it to the grill or smoker for an additional 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 200°F.

Remove the brisket from the grill or smoker and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

Slice the brisket against the grain and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
