How To Make Brock’s BBQ Brisket Recipe

Tender and smoky brisket that falls apart in your mouth, cooked low and slow with a homemade BBQ rub.

Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5 pound) beef brisket
  • 1/4 cup of paprika
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp of onion powder
  • 1 tbsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 cup of beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 225°F.

  2. Combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Rub brisket with the BBQ rub.

  4. Place the brisket on the grill and smoke for 8 hours, adding beef broth every 2 hours.

  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing against the grain.
