Ingredients
- 3 bags mixed lettuce
- 1 red onion, sliced into rings
- 1 can artichokes, drained
- 1 can pimientos, drained
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 bottle oil and vinegar dressing, like Newman's Own
Instructions

Put lettuce in a plastic bag. Add artichokes, pimientos, and red onion.
