How To Make Hot Chicken Philly Cheesesteak Dip
This creamy Philly cheesesteak dip is made with baked chicken for a filling dip! It’s tossed with tangy sour cream, cream cheese, and more.

Ingredients
- 8ozchicken cutlets,thin sliced
- ⅛tspkosher salt
- black pepper,to taste
- cooking spray
- 1cuponion,diced
- 1cupgreen pepper,diced
- ¼cuplight mayonnaise
- ½cuplight sour cream
- 4ozlight cream cheese,softened
- 4ozmild provolone cheese,shredded
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.

Spray a grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray.

Cook the chicken on high heat about 1 minute on each side, until cooked through.

Slice the chicken into thin pieces, then set aside.

Spray the pan with more oil, then sauté onions and peppers over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until soft.

Combine the chicken, sautéed onions and peppers, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, and provolone cheese in a medium bowl.

Place the dip mix in an oven-proof dish.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and the cheese is melted.
