  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, kosher salt, and black pepper.

  2. Mix well using a fork or spoon until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

  3. Transfer the herb butter onto a piece of plastic wrap and roll it up to form a log shape.

  4. Refrigerate the herb butter for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.

  5. Once firm, unwrap the herb butter and slice it into rounds or use as desired.

  6. Place a pat of herb butter on top of a hot steak and allow it to melt, enhancing the flavor of the steak.

  7. Store any remaining herb butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
