Ingredients
- 4 bone-in ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Rub the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Grill the steaks for 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
