Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Rub the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Grill the steaks for 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  4. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with melted butter and balsamic vinegar drizzle.
