- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of turmeric (optional, for color)
Instructions

In a small bowl, soak the cashews in hot water for at least 15 minutes, then drain.

In a blender or food processor, combine the soaked cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and turmeric (if using).
