How To Make Coconut, caramel & pecan dairy-free ice cream

Ingredients
- 2 cans (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dairy-free caramel sauce
Instructions

In a blender, combine the coconut milk, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

During the last few minutes of churning, add in the chopped pecans and drizzle in the dairy-free caramel sauce.

Once churned, transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
