How To Make Instant Pot Shrimp Tacos
A quick and easy taco recipe with succulent shrimp cooked in Instant Pot and packed with delicious flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

In the Instant Pot, combine the shrimp, chicken or vegetable broth, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Cover and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Then do a quick release of pressure.

Heat the tortillas on a griddle or in the microwave.

To assemble the tacos, divide the shrimp among the tortillas. Top with cabbage or lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cilantro. Squeeze a lime wedge over each taco.
