How To Make Sunflower Seed Granola Recipe
Homemade granola packed with nutrient-rich sunflower seeds, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and sunflower seeds.

In a separate small saucepan, melt together honey and coconut oil.

Pour the honey mixture over the rolled oats and sunflower seeds and mix until evenly coated.

Add cinnamon and salt, and mix again.

Spread out the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
