  • 2 cups roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil (such as canola or vegetable oil)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse sunflower seeds until finely ground.

  2. Add honey and salt, and process until smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.

  3. With the motor running, drizzle in the oil until the mixture is creamy and pourable.

  4. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
