How To Make Cardamom and Cinnamon Granola Recipe
Crunchy and flavorful granola that is perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, and sunflower seeds.

In a small saucepan, heat the honey and coconut oil over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and well combined.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and salt.

Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and mix until everything is well coated.

Spread the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden brown and crisp.

Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
