How To Make Seed Encrusted Chicken Recipe
Succulent chicken breasts coated in a crunchy seed blend for a deliciously healthy meal!

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.

In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, salt and black pepper.

Brush each chicken breast with olive oil, then coat each one in the seed mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
