How To Make Seed Butter Recipe

A nut-free, healthy alternative to peanut butter made with seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the seeds in a pan on medium heat until golden brown.

  2. Add the toasted seeds, honey, and sea salt to a food processor.

  3. Process for 5-10 minutes until smooth and creamy.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
