Ingredients
- 1 cup of mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1/4 tsp of sea salt
Instructions

Toast the seeds in a pan on medium heat until golden brown.

Add the toasted seeds, honey, and sea salt to a food processor.

Process for 5-10 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
