How To Make Del Taco’s Breakfast Burritos
A savory and filling breakfast burrito stuffed with scrambled eggs, savory sausage, melted cheese, and zesty salsa.

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 pound ground pork sausage
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spatula until browned and crumbled.

Add chopped bell pepper and onion and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour into skillet with sausage mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are scrambled and cooked through.

Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet until pliable. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.

Divide the scrambled eggs and sausage mixture evenly among the tortillas, spooning it onto the cheese. Top with salsa and chopped cilantro.

Roll up each tortilla, tucking in the sides towards the center to create a burrito.
