  • 1 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add sliced cabbage, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 10 minutes or until cabbage is slightly wilted.

  3. Add apple cider vinegar and honey, stir well.

  4. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for another 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

  5. Serve hot.
