  • 8 lamb chops

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  3. Brush the lamb chops with the garlic and herb mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or 5-6 minutes per side for medium, depending on the thickness of the chops.

  5. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
