How To Make Christmas Nachos

It’s always the season for merry making and nothing gets merrier than a full stomach. These Christmas recipes will do the trick for happy smiles and bellies. Nobody goes on diet and no tummy goes hungry during Christmas!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup of cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of diced red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of guacamole
  • 1/4 cup of salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, diced red bell peppers, black olives, green onions, and jalapeno pepper (if using) over the tortilla chips.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  6. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
