Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

  3. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

  5. Add the paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the vegetables.

  6. Return the sausage to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

  7. Serve the smoked sausage skillet hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
