How To Make One-Pan Smoky Beans & Sausage Meatballs
A delicious and flavorful dish with smoky beans and sausage meatballs, all cooked in one pan.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage meat
- 1 can (15 oz) smoked beans
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the sausage meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.

Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the diced red bell pepper and cook until softened.

Add the smoked beans to the skillet and stir well. Return the meatballs to the skillet and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
