How To Make Smoked Sausage and Potato Skillet Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add diced potatoes to the same skillet and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.

Cook potatoes until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally, about 10-12 minutes.

Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes.
