Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.

  2. Drain water and place eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes.

  3. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.

  4. Mash yolks with a fork, then add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, horseradish, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  5. Spoon mixture into the egg whites, or use a piping bag for a more decorative look.

  6. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
