  • 1 pound of Polish Sausage, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, washed and cubed
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss sliced sausage, cubed potatoes, diced onion, minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper together until everything is well coated.
