How To Make Ground Sausage and Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe

A quick and satisfying stir-fry dish that combines ground sausage and healthy cabbage.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 small head of cabbage, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the onion and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the ground sausage and break it up with a wooden spoon.

  4. Cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

  5. Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until it’s slightly wilted.

  6. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
