How To Make Ground Sausage and Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and satisfying stir-fry dish that combines ground sausage and healthy cabbage.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 small head of cabbage, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the ground sausage and break it up with a wooden spoon.

Cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until it’s slightly wilted.

Add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
