Ingredients

  • 200g grated cheese
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the grated cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, herbs, mustard, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into sausages, about the size of a traditional sausage.

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sausages for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  4. Transfer the sausages to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

  5. Serve the Glamorgan sausages hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
