  • 4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the smoker to 200°F.

  2. Mix together the melted coconut oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt.

  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the salmon fillets on both sides.

  4. Place the salmon in the smoker and smoke for 45 minutes.
