  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  3. Place salmon fillets in the pan, season with salt and pepper.

  4. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.

  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until the salmon is thoroughly cooked.

  6. Serve immediately.
