Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mashed russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and rosemary.

Mix in mashed potatoes, milk, and warm water until dough forms.

Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.

Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise for 1 hour.
