Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mashed russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and rosemary.

  2. Mix in mashed potatoes, milk, and warm water until dough forms.

  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.

  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise for 1 hour.

  5. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  6. Shape dough into a round loaf and place in a greased baking dish.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until bread is golden brown.

  8. Cool before serving.
