Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the chopped potatoes, carrots, and garlic in salted water for about 20 minutes or until tender.

  2. Drain the water and add butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the vegetables.

  3. Use a potato masher or immersion blender to puree until smooth.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
