Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 200g Cheshire cheese, grated
- 200g ham, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or under the grill until lightly browned.

In a bowl, combine the Cheshire cheese, ham, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Spread the butter on one side of each toasted bread slice.

Place a generous amount of the cheese and ham mixture on the unbuttered side of half of the bread slices.

Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up, to form sandwiches.
