Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the marinade.

  4. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
