How To Make Garlic Parmesan New Potato Recipe
Crispy roasted new potatoes coated in garlic and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. new potatoes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Wash and dry the new potatoes, then slice them in half.

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.

Arrange the coated potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
