How To Make Garlic & Herb Mash

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Drain the cooked potatoes and return them to the pot. Use a potato masher or fork to mash the potatoes until smooth.

Pour the melted garlic butter, milk, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs into the pot with the mashed potatoes. Stir until well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
