  • 1.5 pounds new potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Wash and dry the new potatoes.

  3. Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

  4. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  5. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
