- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup cooked edamame
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- for the citrus dressing:
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, quinoa, edamame, cherry tomatoes, avocado, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries.
