This is a delightful version of a glazed boneless pork loin center-cut roast.

How To Make Pork Loin with Applesauce, Jelly, and Horseradish

The applesauce, jelly, and horseradish add a sweet glaze to this roasted pork loin.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork loin, boneless, center cut
  • 1 cup chunky applesauce
  • ½ cup red currant jelly , or raspberry jelly
  • 2 tsp horseradish

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  3. Do not cover.
  4. Roast to an internal temperature of 150 degrees F.

  5. Meanwhile, make sauce by heating applesauce, jelly, and horseradish in small saucepan, only until blended.

  6. When roast reaches 150 degrees F, spread about ¼ cup of sauce over roast.

  7. Continue roasting about 15 minutes to glaze roast and until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F for medium doneness.

  8. Serve remaining sauce with roast.
