How To Make Hungarian Goulash Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

In the same pot, add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until the onions become translucent.

Add the paprika and caraway seeds to the pot, stirring well to coat the onions and garlic.

Return the beef cubes to the pot and stir to combine with the onions and spices.

Add the sliced red bell peppers and diced tomatoes to the pot. Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and simmer for 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
