How To Make Classic Slow-Roasted Pork Roast

  • 3-4 lb pork loin roast
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F.

  2. Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Rub seasoning mix all over pork roast.

  4. Place pork in roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
