Ingredients
- 3-4 lb pork loin roast
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 275°F.

Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Rub seasoning mix all over pork roast.

Place pork in roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
