How To Make Apricot Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and sear it on all sides until browned.

In a small bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, soy sauce, garlic, and Dijon mustard.

Place the seared pork tenderloin in a baking dish and brush the apricot glaze all over it.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
