How To Make Pork, Green Bean & Oyster Stir-Fry

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced thinly
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can of oysters, drained
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Add sliced pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

  5. Remove pork from the skillet and set aside.

  6. In the same skillet, add green beans and cook until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.

  7. Return the pork to the skillet and add the oysters.

  8. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir-fry until everything is well coated and heated through.

  9. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  10. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
