How To Make Pork, Green Bean & Oyster Stir-Fry
Pork is one of the most commonly cooked meats in the world and we’ve decided to put our spin into these minimal yet tasty pork recipes that will have you looking forward to every bite.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced thinly
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 can of oysters, drained
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add sliced pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

Remove pork from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add green beans and cook until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Return the pork to the skillet and add the oysters.

Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir-fry until everything is well coated and heated through.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
