How To Make Pork Noodle Stir-Fry
A flavorful stir-fry dish with tender slices of pork, vegetables, and noodles.

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced
- 8 ounces noodles of your choice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add bell pepper, carrot, snap peas, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return the pork to the pan and add the cooked noodles. Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
